Don’t Give Your Customers A Reason to Leave You
Recently ReStream reached out to me to use their service. This is an email I’m sure they sent to thousands of people who had “clicked” and considered them in the future. They shared with me that they now have a lower price.
However, I’ve been using StreamYard for some time.
StreamYard pricing is just fine, they keep innovating, they work with no problem.

So how does this concern you?
If you treat your customers well, you won’t have to worry about them leaving you.
Do the right thing. Treat them well. Be fair. Give them a great customer experience.
Also train your staff.
You might be treating your staff well, but make sure you HIRE the right staff and train them in how to give a great experience and service to each and every client.
