My Business Coach Said He Had Thousands of Unread Emails

In a recent post my business coach said he had thousands of unread emails. I’m guessing you do as well, and so many do.

However, there’s 2 simples things you can do, to cut down on that email load.

Most of the emails are probably from email newsletters. Use a different email address if you can. All emails that go to my email newsletter address get filtered and I do read them, once a week I go through them all.

If you’re not able to setup a different email address, like for “work” email then test using [email protected] - for example [email protected] -this is an alias email address that you can filter with on your email program like Gmail or Outlook.

Another thing you can do is using the filtering featured to look for any email with the word “unsubscribe” in it. All those emails auto send to a folder labeled “email newsletter” and check them later.

REPLY FAST and DELEGATE QUICKLY

Finally, reply fast and delegate quickly. Most emails are annoying and spam. Delete, reply or delegate fast and you’ll be fine.
