It’s important to be your own customer.

You find the little things that might be wrong with your emails, support, service, CRM, automations and etc.

I was using Many Chat (social automation platform) in a HUGE webinar and I noticed there was a typo in one of the links

I only found this out as someone told me about it. I wish I had seen it first.

We WILL NOT catch everything, however, the more we're signed up to our own email lists and buying our own stuff the more we can see when things might be going wrong in the systems!
